While we aim to provide a reliable and secure Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be subject to downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepairNest POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
