FAQ

Questions About Shopify

Does it sync inventory and orders?

Not today. Right now you can publish selected products to Shopify as drafts. Inventory and order syncing may be added in future phases.

Do products go live right away?

No. They are created as drafts, so you can review them in Shopify before publishing.

What happens if I turn this integration off?

Integrations are optional. Disabling an integration should not prevent normal RepairNest POS workflows such as creating invoices, completing sales, managing repairs, or maintaining inventory.
